Welcome to Patient[2]Survivor. These Terms of Use & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Platform Purpose

We are a community platform enabling patients and survivors to share stories and support one another. This is not a medical service. All content is community-generated and intended for awareness, emotional support, and connection only.

3. Eligibility & Access

• You must be 13 years or older to use this platform.
• Sharing stories on behalf of others requires their informed consent.
• We may restrict access to users who violate community guidelines.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate, truthful content.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must not impersonate anyone or submit harmful, fake, or inappropriate stories.

5. Story & Media Terms

• You retain ownership of your content, but grant us permission to display, promote, and share it for non-commercial community purposes.
• You may request to edit or delete your story at any time by contacting support.
• Uploaded content must not exceed 3MB (images) or 10MB (videos) and must be relevant to your health experience.

6. Community & Conduct

Patient[2]Survivor is a safe space. By using the platform, you agree to:

• Be respectful and compassionate to others.
• Not post hate speech, medical misinformation, or inappropriate content.
• Follow all instructions and moderation guidelines shared by our team.

7. Medical Disclaimer

This platform is not a substitute for professional medical care. Do not rely solely on user-submitted stories to make treatment decisions. Always consult a licensed medical provider.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for damages, loss of data, emotional distress, or medical outcomes resulting from use of the platform or its content. Use is entirely at your own discretion.

9. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these terms, abuses the platform, or compromises the safety of others.

10. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced on the website or via email where applicable.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be handled in courts located in Andhra Pradesh, India.
